Referrix is a medical information platform intended solely for healthcare professionals. No patient information is collected, transmitted, or stored on this Platform.

By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. Platform Purpose and Use

Referrix provides informational tools that allow:

• Specialists to publish referral acceptance status, availability, wait times, and related clinic information
• Family physicians to view specialist availability information

Referrix does not send medical referrals, does not facilitate appointments, and does not collect or store patient data of any kind.

All information displayed on the Platform is provided by users and is offered on an “as-is” basis.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account is your responsibility
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date
• You will promptly update your information if it changes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. User Contributions

Users may post the following information on the Site:

• Referral acceptance status and availability updates
• Clinic, physician, or specialist professional information

By submitting content to the Site, you agree:

• Not to post false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Not to misuse the Platform or interfere with its operation
• That you are authorized to share the information you provide

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Access or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization

• Use the Site for purposes other than its intended professional use

5. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorosh Rai, Referrix, and all affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Indemnification

Except where prohibited by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sorosh Rai, Referrix, and all directors, officers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from:

• Your use of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Users may request account deletion by contacting support.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
